We collect the following categories of personal data: • Account data: name, email address, company name (optional), password (hashed) • Billing data: billing address, purchase history, invoices • License data: license key, node count, subscription status • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, access timestamps • Communication data: support requests, contact form messages We do NOT collect any data from your self-hosted ProxCenter installation. The software runs entirely on your infrastructure.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases (Article 6 GDPR): • Contract performance: processing necessary to deliver your license and provide support • Legitimate interest: website analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvement • Legal obligation: invoicing, accounting, and tax compliance • Consent: marketing communications (optional, with easy opt-out)

4. How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used to: • Create and manage your account • Process orders and deliver license keys • Provide technical support • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, license renewals) • Improve our website and services • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Data may be stored in the European Union and/or the United States. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure password hashing, and access controls. Personal data is retained for the duration of your account and for up to three (3) years after account closure for legal compliance purposes. Billing data is retained for ten (10) years as required by French accounting law.

6. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (such as Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions by the European Commission.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

The ProxCenter website uses only essential cookies necessary for the website to function properly (session management, language preference). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Essential cookies do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive. No cookie consent banner is required as we do not use non-essential cookies.
