These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ProxCenter website (proxcenter.io) and associated services, published by the Publisher. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.
2. Account Creation
Certain features require the creation of a user account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify the Publisher immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

ProxCenter Enterprise is a self-hosted software product. The Customer is solely responsible for their own infrastructure, data backups, and security measures. The Publisher does not access, store, or process any data on the Customer's ProxCenter installation. The Customer's use of the Software is entirely under their own control and responsibility.
5. Updates and Modifications
The Publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time, with or without notice. These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the ProxCenter website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — is the property of the Publisher or its licensors and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
7. Termination
The Publisher may suspend or terminate your access to the website and services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Publisher, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the website ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from the use of the website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lons-le-Saunier, France.
